What Is UNLAX-Fi?
UNLAX-Fi is an ergonomically designed Fabric Inspection and Fabric Relaxing Machine. The machine performs two critical pre-cut operations in one compact unit: fabric relaxation (roll-to-flat-folded) and 4- point system fabric inspection. It has QR code enabled system for operator login and roll identification. The synchronized driven system with Air Floatation relaxation techique ensures completely tension-free fabric handling for any fabric type. The machine can be operated in inspection-only mode, relaxation- only mode, or both simultaneously — providing maximum flexibility for your cutting room workflow.

Perforated Relaxation Tray
A specially designed all-side perforated tray catches and holds relaxed fabric in a perfectly flat, aligned, and wrinkle-free state — ready for the spreading table. Converts rolls to tidy flat-folded fabric for organised downstream handling.
Photo Sensor Fabric Detection
Automatic fabric detection via photo sensor ensures the machine responds precisely to fabric start and end, preventing false readings and ensuring accurate roll length measurement.
Industrial Windows Touch PC

The Active Air Relaxation Technology
