What Is Classifier?
Classifier is a Post-Print System that works directly with your automatic cutter to print cut-part identification labels in sequence. The software reads marker files (ISO/DXF/PLT) from the cutter or CAD system, automatically identifies each cut part, and prints a thermal label — complete with order details, size, piece number, cut origin, and barcode/QR code — for each panel as it is cut.
The result: every cut panel leaving the cutter table is immediately labelled, sorted, and traceable — eliminating the costly mis-sorting and bundle errors that occur with manual labelling systems.

Automatic Label Generation from Marker Files
Classifier reads ISO DXF files directly from the auto cutter or CAD system and automatically generates the correct label for each cut part — no manual input required. Supports all major auto cutter brands.
Thermal Printing — No Ink Required
Labels are printed via a Thermal Label Printer (TSC or compatible) — no ink cartridges, no toner, no ribbon maintenance. Low running cost, high reliability for continuous cutting room operation.
Barcode & QR Code Printing
Every label can include a barcode and/or QR code linking the cut panel to its order number, style, size, bundle, cut lot, and operator. QR codes can also be configured to open digital files or inspection records when scanned.
User-Defined Label Information
Label content is fully customisable: order number, cut number, size, piece name, bundle number, operator ID, model name, fabric type, and any other required field. User logo can also be included.
Selected Piece Count Printing
Print labels for selected pieces only — ideal when re-cutting specific parts or reprinting damaged labels without running the full label sequence again.
Compatible with All Major Auto Cutters
Classifier integrates with any automatic cutting machine as an adjacent label dispenser, connecting to the cutter PC or an optional standalone Industrial Windows Touch PC.
