Unlike standard flat-fabric spreaders that cannot handle tubular rolls effectively, TUBE100 is purpose-built with adjustable tubular frames and an industrial Windows Touch PC to manage the unique challenges of centre alignment, fold consistency, and tension-free tubular spreading at production speeds. The machine runs on a special running rail and is fully Industry 4.0 ready — capable of receiving marker data from CAD/CAM systems and transmitting real-time spreading data to connected MIS/ERP platforms.

Adjustable Special Tubular Frame
TUBE100 features adjustable tubular frames designed for different dia (diameter) tubular fabrics — ensuring the fabric opens correctly and lies flat without distortion regardless of the tube diameter. Frame adjustments are fast and tool-free for quick style changeovers.
Automatic Centre Alignment (Q-Turn)
The optional Q-Turn device automatically aligns the crease lines to centre of the tubular fabric with the centre of the table on both sides — eliminating the manual adjustment that wastes time and causes inconsistent ply alignment in conventional tubular spreading.
Industry 4.0 / IoT Integration
TUBE100 is Industry 4.0 ready — capable of receiving marker files, cutting plan data, and order information from connected CAD/CAM systems, and transmitting real-time spreading performance data to MIS/ERP platforms for live production monitoring.
