How UNLAX Works
Step 1
UNLAX processes the fabric roll through a relaxing tray by applying air, which supports fabric relaxation while tension is released. The all-side perforated special tray/bin helps hold the relaxed fabric neatly, prevents wrinkling or misalignment, and allows the fabric to breathe in a natural environment.
Step 2
The fabric is unwound and allowed to relax (i.e., release internal stresses) so that subsequent operations such as spreading, cutting, and inspection yield consistent, predictable results.
